Ladies PleaseHelppp!!!!!

I am curious if I will conceive or not!!! I started my period on the 17th and ended the 23rd. I took a clear blue advanced on the 26th and got a blank circle (LowFertility) The 27th , 28th , 29th and the 30th I Got Flashing Smileys but then I ran out and later on the 30th around 4pm took a Dollar Tree Brand and My Line Was Just As Dark If not Darker ! I couldn't have sex fully because of timing yesterday is it possible that the days I had sex which were the ones I got the flashy smiley and the night before I used the Dollar Tree Brand opk I Had Intercourse And Went Straight To Sleep Please Help Im Worried But Positive !!! Also I'm Feeling Discomfort more than usual and any other day
