help!

So I wasn't keeping track of my periods or nothing so I'm reaallllly confused  🤷🏼‍♀️ .. i don't know when my period should start so I had some spotting on Sunday lasted till Monday afternoon then last night I had some light cramping today cramps continue but no other symptom. I'm scared to take a PG test because I don't even know if I'm pregnant or not and I don't want to get my hopes up. Ladies could this have been implantation bleeding? Or just my period being wacky . My normal period symptoms light bleeding for three days then heavy for two days then two days light bleeding. Please someone who has gone thru this share your experience!!!!
