Packing my hospital bag @25 weeks.
Been packing my hospital bag this evening because i have a history of preterm labours. My last baby (8 months old) was born at 28 weeks and we wasn't prepared at all. Sooo this time I'm packing already, just in case of emergency... So scary!!
