Recording without consent

I am 17 years old, and last night a 21 year old guy took a video of me unknowningly, while I was naked. We weren't in public, we where in the bedroom. We were about to fool around but we ended up not doing that. He ended up showing people the video. This has caused a lot of distress for me. I live in North Carolina, did he commit a crime?
