ER or wait it out?

I posted yesterday how I started spotting brown yesterday morning and was terrified I was having a MC (had one in December). Went to my OB, my HCG levels from this week (Mon and Wed) were great and doubling so she wasn't concerned and scheduled an u/s for Monday. Was good with the spotting most of the day and now I'm having a lot of red bleeding to a point where I have to wear a pad and (TMI) sometimes I feel like I'm peeing my pants. No cramping etc. I don't know if we should head to the ER or wait it out and see what happens. I don't want to lose our rainbow baby. 😢
