Birth Control

I recently started birth control pills and I've noticed that it's either I'm bleeding "spotting" because of that or it's because I took plan b. I'm somewhat regretting taking birth control pills because I feel super moody and I read that spotting may last for the first three packs. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm also having major cramps and slight joint pain.
