Pregnant?

My boyfriend and I were laying in bed and we got into it on St Pats day and he didn't have sex with me or anything but he said he swears up and down he touched his penis with his left hand and fingered me with his right and before he even fingered me I licked his fingers. I'm still paranoid because I'm a day before my period and i've been having frequent gas which isn't usual for me and very mild heartburn. I didn't eat much at all today I haven't felt hungry after I ate once. Everything I google turns out for me being pregnant and I'm only 16 so this is freaking me the hell out. Am I overreacting? I don't want to disappoint my mom by telling her all this. It doesn't help that I have seriously high anxiety. If it helps I'm not having much discharge if I do it's very little and it's creamy and white.
