Felt flutters the day I turned 16 week now 17 weeks 4 days havent felt flutters in awhile

I think i felt him like move or something funally tonight and here and there a lil something today but that this is #3 and my first 2 didnt do this once they started moving they didnt stop lol so is this normal does it happen like that?
