first time

I'm a 19 year old virgin... I've been with my boyfriend for over two years. Sometimes I think about sex but then sometimes I still don't feel ready.. how did you guys know when you were ready to lose your virginity? I feel my virginity is really important to me but I'm not the religious type who's waiting for marriage I'm just waiting till I feel ready and I'm starting to feel confused because sometimes I think I am but then when I really think about it I don't think I am. Does this make sense ahhah
