Help! Hernia pain!

Hey guys so I'm 17 weeks pregnant and I have an umbilical hernia and last night and this morning my stomach has been hurting so bad. It's at like an 8 on a scale of 1-10. My belly button is throbbing and every time I eat it feels like my abdomen is being torn apart. I feel so nauseous and I was throwing up all night long. Do you think I should go to the hospital? Because I can't even get out of bed it hurts so bad.
