Mid cycle bleeding?

Hi everyone, i have a situation. Well i kind of started my birth control mid cycle, only took a few pills then stopped. A couple days later i was checking my glow and my fertile week approached. But i began a short two-three day period, I then had sex on my most fertile day multiple times and without protection. I stopped bleeding immediately after this, even though i was only spotting by then. Would i still ovulate? Even with bleeding? Chances of getting pregnant? My ovaries and uterus have been feeling weird and tingly ever since and its been like 4 days.
