I need help..

Okay. I had sex for the first time yesterday and we used a condom and I checked to see if it broke by filling it with water and waiting to see if if leaked and it didn't. I'm just having major anxiety and overthinking about the chances of getting pregnant and my period is supposed to start in 8 days. Is there a chance I can get pregnant? I'm sorry if I sound clueless I'm just very scared.
