Health over Happiness

So for awhile now ive been avoiding taking these pills (glipizide ER 2.5mg & Metformin 1,000mg) mostly because I really want to start a family and these pills tend to have act as an blocker when trying to convince and can cause birth defects if you are pregnant and takimg them. As of today i think its time i put my health over my needs to start a family and focus on my health. Its saddens me a bit but i need to get healthy. My eye sight is getting worse my weight is going up and I'm tried all the time.So I took my first 2pills today (20mins ago)
