PCOS help!

Ok ladies, I need some encouragement concerning PCOS. I just found out a couple months ago that the reason I haven't been having periods naturally for the last 3 years (taking provera to force it every two months) is thanks to having PCOS. My husband and I have been trying for two years for kids with one possible miscarriage. Having children is a really big thing for me and my husband (I swear his baby fever is 50x worse than mine). I've been unlucky enough to go through 4 cysts bursting in the last two years although I didn't know what it was at the time, I thought it was related to my car accident 4 years ago. I'm taking metformin for the cysts and the provera, if I don't get pregnant when my husband comes home on leave in a couple weeks then I'm going to start clomid treatments... Can you ladies help me out with success stories in having kids even with PCOS?
