My boyfriend wont touch me!!

Me and my boyfriend have been together over a year now and I'll admit that year has been stressful. He hasn't had good sex with me in over 8 months. He tries to say he has low testosterone but he masturbates everyday. I told him I was fed up an buying a dildo which naturally pissed him off. I don't know why he won't touch me but I've been emotionally hurting myself over it, I don't want to break up with him but at 20 there's no reason why we aren't having sex.
