TTC Tips & Tricks I'm trying this month.
Hi ladies! My husband and I are actively TTC and have been for about two years off and on now. There are some different things I've tried this month I thought I'd share: 1. Been using Ovulation Predictor Kits PAST the date that Glow states I'll be ovulating - I got a positive opk! I was worried for the longest time I wasn't ovulating and that's not the case at all thankfully. It's important to test on your fertile week and maybe even a few days after because you very well could be missing your ovulation date. 2. I've been taking Mucinex once a day every day during my fertile week. It helps thin your Cervical Mucus so the sperm can easily swim to the egg. 3. Stretch more/try some yoga moves. Good circulation/bloodflow is crucial when TTC. Get your blood pumping; get up and move! 4. Purchase an elevated pillow for you to lay your bum on after you baby dance with your partner - this elevates your hips and helps the sperm travel where it needs to go easier! Lay down after intercourse for about 10-15 mins before you shower or start moving around. These little changes I'm making I feel are going to help a lot! Also, it is so important to try your hardest to keep a positive mindset. Trust me I know how heartbreaking it is to see negative test after negative pregnancy test month after month but if you know in your heart you're just meant to be a mom you have to be a fighter and keep trying towards what you want most! I just know this will all be worth it. :) Much love and baby dust to you all!
