We miscarried a month ago and I'm pregnant again

We miscarried a month ago and I'm pregnant again. I'm nervous and try not to be. I'm excited but try not to be too excited. I'm one that knows at 3 weeks when I'm pregnant. I get nervous bc this eggy 2.0 (that's our nickname, 1st one was eggy) is following the same time line. First time I found out on a Friday I was pregnant, Sunday light spotting, Wednesday cramping and more bleeding, Thursday miscarriage. This time Friday positive pregnancy test and very light spotting Sunday. I'm nervous for this week.
