Teeth while giving head!?

Sooooo I've given head to multiple guys on many occasions and everytime they tell me that my teeth scraped along their shaft once or twice and it hurt. I try not to do it but I can't. Anyone have any advice, my current boyfriend won't let me suck his dick because he's scared of my teeth :(
