possible miscarriage

I was supposed to get my period Monday. I took two positive pregnancy tests on Tuesday and Thursday. Both lines were kind of faint, but definitely visible. Friday, I started bleeding. It continued pretty heavily on Saturday. It slowed Sunday morning, but appears to be getting heavy again. I'm also feeling nauseous. This is my first experience with this so any insight would be appreciated.
