Baby is not moving anymore..

I'm 38 weeks and 4 days and my son has literally not moved all day. He stopped moving at like 37 weeks. He used to meet the kick count, which is 10 kicks in two hour period but now he does not meet that at all. Not even close. He moves like twice a day if even. His heart rate is great, hes healthy I just had an ultra sound but they keep telling me if he doesn't meet the kick count to go into the hospital but this is just getting ridiculous.. I cannot keep going to the hospital for something like this. They tell me he's healthy and make me leave. Im getting so badly frustrated. Please someone help me.. I don't think there's any thing wrong. He's moving a little right now as I'm typing. But hes so tight would you want to move!? Is my baby just preparing for labor?
