painful sex after pregnancy 😔

I'm 5 months pp and sex stillll hurts. At least I think. After trying so many times and it hurting, I'm now so scared to even start that I know it's not helping. I can't relax enough to know if there's an issue or not and I don't feel like this is normal.

I don't know how to bring this up to a doctor or how to even make an appointment for it and I'm worried our daughter will never get a sibling because sex seems like such a distant endeavor
