ttc #1 4.5 years... AF due 4/9 then off to our 2nd <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>. low count and i have pcos. I'm 26 dh is 27... so many pregnancy announcements lately...soooo happy but i can't stop getting emotional thinking we will never conceive. 😔😔 so afraid to fail a other cycle....how do you unwind...relax? I feel that ttc and infertility is causing anxiety and depression but I'm not sure going to a Dr. would help since ttc I shouldn't take any medicine for anxiety or right?
