Third Trimester Workouts

I was a bit active before I got pregnant (mostly lifting and HIIT workouts), then got hit with Hyperemesis 6 weeks into my pregnancy until about 21 weeks that left me very weak and not able to physically do much. I'll be 29 weeks this week and am itching to get back to working out. I know I have to take things very slow and easy since I'm in third trimester and basically starting over.  Does anyone have any workouts they're doing? Preferably gym equipment. I know lifting light weights and treadmill is fine. Anyone know about Eliptical, rowing machine, or bike machine? I'm also planning on hitting the pool at the gym at least twice a week for some laps.
