MOTHER IN LAW😒

My mother in law, husband, husbands best-friend and i were in the living room. My husband had been complaining about the many times he tried to connect our wifi and the connection wasn't yet going through. (the wifi router is in our computer room) So i went into the computer room i called my husband over so he could hand me the routers box (i couldn't reach) to go over the reset instructions. My hubbys friend and my mother inlaw stayed in the living room. And i over heard my mother in law saying that she would like "Chantel to be her daughter in law" because she's a "very kind, sweet, caring woman" i got very bothered by it. I mean all my husbands sisters, nephews, nieces & even his dad love me. I've always been told im the only daughter in law he's gotten along with. That supposedly he (father in law) would always argue with my husbands exes. My mother inlaw has always shown great love towards me and appreciates the instant motherly instinct i had when i met my husbands son. We talk a lot since we have same career choice and plenty of things in common.

I asked my hubby about that "Chantel" and he said it was this lady my mother inlaw knew and the the lady had always liked my husband but my husband never had a mutual feeling. My husband flipped out but didn't confront his mom yet.. I feel sort of betrayed i haven't done anything wrong to any of them..
