Fear of dying..

Does anyone else have a literal fear of dying. I have panic attacks where when I think in detail of dying, my whole body goes cold, i cant breathe or even see straight i literally get trapped in the thoughts and cant make it go away. I am not scared of the dying process, i am scared of the unknown as I wont know what happens after (i dont believe in heaven or hell etc, not religious) and i am scared of the world going on without me being here and I just dont understand how I can no longer be a person and no longer feel/think. I cant explain it but I keep crying and having a daughter makes it worse because i am scared of dying on day and her being without me.. anyone else? I dont want to be the only one..
