Weightloss?!
So the family and I are going in vacation in August. I was 125 before pregnancy. I was 200 after. I was stuck at 170 for awhile and now I am currently stuck at 162 in weight. I am hoping to lose 20 to 30 pounds before then. What are some diets, eating habit, and work outs that you guys used to lose weight. I've been doing hot yoga but not a lot of cardio. I am also unfortunately a very picky eater. I hate veggies :( any advice is helpful, thank you!!
