Fever at 6 1/2 weeks. Any medicine recommendations or remedies?

I'm 6 1/2 weeks pregnant. I've been sick with fever the past 3 days ranging from 99.1 to 100.1. Very miserable for me this past weekend. All I have been taking is tylenol - which I heard is safe. And drinking lots of fluids like water, OJ & Gatorade. Being sick has made me feel achy, moderate to severe headaches and lost of appetite. No stuffy nose or runny nose. May be a head cold? Idk? My head throbs if I cough and sneeze. Anyone have any recommendations on what to take, over the counter medications, since I'm in my first trimester? Tylenol seems to somewhat help but don't want to keep taking pills.
