8-10 month old sleep regression

Well 9.5 months and we have finally hit it. This regression is the worst! My once easy to put down and night roll over go to sleep daughter now screams when you put her to bed. She won't even sit with me for her night time Bottle knowing it's bed time. We are currently using the let her cry go in every 5-6 minutes lay her down run her back until she falls alseep method. Please any tips to get through this. Ps she has yet to sleep through the night as well.
