5 month old won't take bottle or formula

My 5 month old daughter refuses a bottle or any formula! We've tried 5 types of bottles, 2 sippy cups and a spoon tonspoon feed her. I return to work in 1 month and now I'm terrified that she will starve during the hours I'm working 7.30-4.30.

We have begun weaning on guidance of health visitor and she has 4 tsp of veggies a night and just introduced baby porridge this week. We're planning on finger foods next month.

Has any one experienced this? Will my baby be okay having the milk with me on an evening and some finger foods during the day?
