Do you question your child's Dads ability to care for your baby?

I'm so frustrated and a little sad that I work , I take care of my baby and I do it all. I prepare her make sure she's clean, dressed , changed fed, entertained too. All before work and after. I cook too. Sometimes he does but he leaves a mess everywhere he lands. So I come home to a mess unless my mom comes over to clean. She also watches my. Any while I work. Mom and baby's dad switch off. But mostly my mom ends doing a lot. While my baby sleeps we tidy up. My biggest complaint is that he gets annoyed or impatient. Hell say what's wrong now or she's fed she's changed what else does she need . But it's a annoyed frustrated tone. Like a whine he wines more than a female. My baby needs to be entertained at least every 10 mins come check or hold her . I guess his dumb family fills his head withoh she's spoiled. But every baby needs attention even a chat.
