what does this sound like?

okay ladies I need your help. I was supposed to get my period the 23rd of march and started bleeding 4 days ago. It was lighter than normal but still seemed like a period too me. Last night the bleeding stopped completely and now this morning I'm spotting dark brown and red. This is extremely unusual for me, as my periods are normally 7 days full of heavy bleeding. What does this sound like to you? Thank you!!!
