Throwing up a little bit of blood. Call Doctor or leave it be?

So I've had ulcers pretty much my whole life. I haven't gotten them checked in years since they haven't been much of a problem.  This is my first pregnancy and usually if I don't eat right away I start to throw up bile. Now along with the bile I am also now throwing up a little bit of blood. Is it something I should get looked at or just ignore it since I know the cause is probably my ulcers?
