period soon or pregnant?

I have irregular periods and I never know when they are coming, and I recently started tracking them and my app says I'm 7 days late but I'm kinda cramping have really sore breasts l, so I think it might be my body telling me that I'm starting my period soon but idk I worry over everything. Any help?
