He is also taking paternity leave, which is 3 months after the birth of our baby.
I'm concerned that he'll end up working during his paternity leave - not because he won't be around to help, but because of stress. Especially since we won't have his office set up in the garden for a while, so there is no separation between work and home.
Did your partner take paternity leave and did he cut off work completely or not? Does he not receive it? If that's the case, what did you do?
