Feeling a little crazy...

Last night I woke up because I had to pee really bad so I started rolling over to get up and it felt like the baby was moving, only I'm 5w3d so that's impossible. I felt it again this morning in the same situation. I haven't been to my first appointment yet so I don't know my actual due date but I don't want to call the doctors office and sound like a crazy person. I just checked my hCG this weekend and it went from 1537 to 3046 but I KNOW what I've felt as this isn't my first child. I'm just really confused.
