My long distance relationship moved to me for a year and is moving back

I'm 16 years old. I met a boy online through my best friend. He lived in Washington at the time, he was 18 and I was 15. A year later he moved to Michigan. (I live in Michigan). We went out to eat and had a great night. That night my mom told me she really liked him, but her boyfriend was upset and wanted to leave my mom, he was calling her stupid for letting him talk to me. My mom was suspicious of him, and she called the cops on him and assumed he was a rapist after her boyfriend pushed her around. Then her and her boyfriend got back together. The boy I met online, I'm going to make up a name considering his privacy, Travis. Travis and I still saw each other even after my mom said no. I would spend the night at his apartment during the weekends and every break. Now, about a year later, he decided to talk to my mom to see where she stands because he didn't want to sneak around anymore. I thought we would've waited to tell her till I'm 18, but he wanted to go talk to her anyways and see where she stands. She was against it. So he blocked me. We talked that night my mom came home, she texted Travis and told him that she would allow us to talk. We talked, but he was distant. A few days later he blocked me again. I called him using my brothers phone and he said it's because a cop came into his work, saying the last report of him being suspicious was Feb 5. My mom would not call Feb 5 because we weren't even talking about Travis that time, although I was still seeing him over weekends. She says she didn't call Feb 5 and I believe her. Travis made up his decison last night that he is moving back to washing to be with his family. In August I turn 17. Meaning I won't be 18 till one year and four months. He says he will not talk to me again until I'm 18, but I think he will be long gone by then and not even think about talking to me after cutting ties with me for over a year. I have always been the good kid. I backed away from drugs when my best friend tried talking me into it. I have. 4.0 and my school is a college + highschool and I'm taking college classes on campus with a 4.0. I have never done anything wrong besides go behind my moms back to see Travis. My mom won't let me see him one last time before he leaves. Travis will not text or call me at all while he's in Washington.
