HELP!!

My boyfriend and I have been ttc for over a year now. Everyone around me is getting pregnant so easily! It's so hard to be excited sometimes. I have taken 7 rounds of clomid 4-50mgs and 3-100mgs. I didn't take it last month. This month I missed my period by 7 days. I took a test and it was negative but it might be too soon to tell. I had white milky discharge for about 3 weeks but then it stopped. Now I just have a lot of watery discharge. I've been really tired and have had really bad headaches! Still no period! Could I be pregnant???
