Postpartum Period

Hello ladies. I have a pp period question, and would appreciate any advice/input any would have. So, I'm 5.5 months pp with second lg. No issues with first ppp, however; the pain with this one is as though the birth happened yesterday. It's not just normal period cramps. It hurts to cough, sneeze, laugh, sit-down, and move around the wrong way. My whole insides feel tender, bruised, and sore to touch. Anything similar happen to anyone​ else? TIA!
