baby heartbeat?!?

I'm freaking out guys!! Today I went to an imagining center to get our 3D/4D ultrasound pictures and was informed that there was no heartbeat. So they insisted I go to the ER. I went to the hospital only for them to confirm they don't see a heartbeat. They want to do a dnc but I told them no I want to wait and get a second opinion. I'm 25 weeks and baby measures 19weeks. I feel her move mostly at night. I'm heading now to another hospital that's mainly for women and children to get a second opinion. Has this ever happened to anyone?!?
