HELP!!!

Ever since I had unprotected sex last weekend I've been having this weird feeling in my stomach kinda like there's something moving around and I'm constipated. I feel nauseous, but I don't actually throw up. I put all of my symptoms into a symptom checker and it said I might have chlamydia... I have a dr's apt next week, but was wondering if that's what it sounds like it might be?
