Would you get a belly button ring?

If you have a belly button ring, please tell me about your experience getting it (pain, recovery, healing)

I've had my belly button pierced for about 6 years now. It was the least painful piercing I've had; besides the basic ear lobe piercings. I have two microdermal hip piercings & an industrial bar piercing. Those were worse. It only took a couple of months for it to heal with the help of the H2o cleaning product. Just take a deep breathe when getting it done, you'll be fine :)

Had mine for 7 years. Didn't hurt, it was quick. Just sore for about a week, couldn't really sleep on my stomch. But kept it clean and never had an issue with it. I think once it started to get a little infected but I just cleaned it with solution and it was fine. I only don't have mine anymore because I'm pregnant and my belly button sticks all the way out, that even I got a pregnancy ring I think it'd regect. Didn't want to risk it cause hopefully I can put it back in after the baby.

I had mine for about 6 years, I loved it for a while, wasn't painful at all getting piecered but make sure you go to a professional and keep it clean. I took it out cause I was tired of it getting caught on my shirts and things and just felt like it started to look tacky after awhile (imo) but if I start to want it again I wouldn't heasitate!
