Late period

As of today i am a day late. I've been sick for the past two weeks. I go to the doctor tomorrow for a blood test. I am so nervous but feel pregnant. I can't eat sleep and my back is killing me. I am having stomach cramps all over and heartburn. I am sure as heck ready to find out if I'm pregnant or not so that i can start to feel better. I never had any of these problems when i had my miscarriages. Please wish me alot of baby dust my way. I don't know what i will do of the test comes back with negative results. Is anyone else going through this right now or have been through it. Please comment.
