I have the worst nipple pain ever, as of this morning my nipples have been almost rock hard solid and swollen it hurts so bad especially when I have to wear a bra/ shirt I have never experienced this before I have had sore boobs/ nipples but never to this extent does anyone know a way to relieve the pain?
