random cramping

I am on birth control so I shouldn't be cramping and I normally only used to cramp when I was ovulating ( I am 17 and I have been on lo loestrin fe since November of 2016 ) I am really scared that something may be wrong with me I don't really know how to go about telling my doctor because I don't know if that's what I'm feeling or if it's like just discomfort. I don't have any std or anything like that. I shouldn't be pregnant because I have taken test before I got on birth control and it was negative and I took one once while I was ok it just to make sure. Has tvis happened to anyone it should I be concerned. It normally happens when I randomly get wet and it feels like it's almost squirting out or something (not literally). Any advice welcomed.
