Could this be the beginning of something?

(FTM) I'm 34 weeks & 5 days......So all day today I have been feeling crampy. Like menstrual cramps...which they say is braxton hicks. Well I've been getting them on and off all day today, and they are quite frequent. I haven't timed them or anything because they aren't really lasting that long from what I can feel. I don't know if it's just him kicking my cervix of the beginning of something. My back has also began to really hurt about an hour ago. I'm gonna keep an eye out for discharge and spotting but is this how the start of labor feels?

I'll be 33 weeks tomorrow and I've been having a lot of cramping in my lower abdomen/pelvic area and in my back too. My doctor said it is pretty normal to have contractions at this point. I'm just going day by day (more like hour by hour) and am keeping track on any changes. Just keep doing what you're doing and make sure you aren't leaking fluid and such. Take care mama and good luck! It's getting exhausting being in pain everyday but we don't have much longer!
