I cant find time to exercise, need tips
Hey everyone, I need help. Read it all please!
I have been struggling into maintaining a healthy exercise routine. I have been losing weight because Im not able to eat regularly, but I wanted to lose healthy weight. I feel terrible because the only work out I do all day is to use the stairs (instead the elevator) in the subway station and uni.
I need tips to exercise during the day, something that wont need a specific place or clothes. I need creative tips, and you girls are always só creative! Please help me!
My routine: I wake up 5 am and gets home 10pm. Dangerous neighboorhood, thats why I need it to be during the day, while Im running the errands. I have a total of three-four free hours (lunch+ dinner)plus the time I have to move from class to class (thats when I use the stairs). Im on a chair for the rest of the day.
I already use weekends to exercise.
