Acne???? Help

Question

Ok so I'm 23 and I still have acne .... I am trying my best to clear it up .... I'm only on the implanon and I take a asthma inhaler cuz I have mild asthma........ I also have been trying to use my proactive stuff everyday.... sometimes it clears up a little then it's back ......

Is there anything I can do to speed up the clearing of my skin ??

Like what to eat and what not to eat???

I have had acne since middle school... and was forced to use drug store brand Face stuff... and that didn't work long term

So now I live with my boyfriend and his parents and they have gotten me the proactive stuff... which should help ... as long I don't forget to use it everyday.... I only use it at night and I probably should be using it in the mornings too( but I don't get up until noon)...

I will admit I'm also not a healthy eater either..

Plz help ... ???

Ugh I'm going to be 26 this month and acne kicks my ass. I wasn't diligent enough for proactive. I really like Noxema. It comes in a medium sized blue tub. I usually put on a thick layer like a mask on my face and my chest and back before I shower then I wash it off once it starts burn ( I have sensitive skin).

I'm 33 and still have acne. Some of us are just not lucky. I was on prescription medication for quite a while for it but my husband and I are trying to have children now so that isn't an option. For me, I find my acne is best when I'm eating healthy whole foods, drinking a ton of water and using Argan Oil as a moisturizer.

okay so this is what i've done and it has worked wonders for me, i made a toner out of apple cider vinegar and green tea mix those two things together wash ur face in the morning and night with ur regular cleanser then apply the toner with a cotton ball let it dry and go ahead and moisturize most of the products u buy (proactive) contain alcohol and that's horrible for ur skin. apple cider vinegar has so many benefits along with the green tea . i hope it helps and Good luck!🍀
