UTI/Ovulating/Cramps/Discharge

So I was diagnosed with a UTI Wednesday morning around 2a.m. I had to go to the ER it was so bad. I've been on antibiotics since. According to Glow, im also ovulating right now. I've been experiencing mild cramping and bloating today. Also, I'm noticing some white discharge and I'm concerned it might be a yeast infection? But I also am not sure if it's ovulation discharge or from the antibiotic?? It only started since taking the antibiotic. I know you are prone to yeast infections from antibiotics but I've never had that problem. Anyways, sorry if it's TMI, I'm just trying to figure out if I need to make an appointment with my OB or should I just finish the antibiotic (8 days left) and if the discharge hasn't gone away, go see my OB? I'm tired of doctors as I had a check up with my regular Family doc today. I'm a little rattled with all these female issues so it's a bit of a nerve wracking topic for me.
