Magnesium is every nauseous pregnant woman's best friend!
So it's been studied that a lot of things won't help a women with nausea, that she's either done on the second trimester or she will just be sick the whole pregnancy. I was throwing up non stop for weeks now till the point where blood would come out. They were about to start hooking me up to IV's when I tried one last thing. That all women swore by. Magnesium. A lot of women take vitamin b12 and b6 to support your intake of magnesium. And for the first time in 3 weeks I felt like a person again! If you are running out of hope I would suggest it! Highly! I still feel a little nausea but nothing compared to how bad it was before. I'm am actullly able to walk around and not be bed ridden. So happy I feel like I could cry. Drops absorb more but they only had the B supplements in drops where I went. Actually able to eat again too!
