no menstrual products?!!

Pads irritate me and make me uncomfortable, tampons are basically toxic, the cup freaks me out (I don't want bloody fingers, how do you use it when you're sleeping, too many questions). So what the heck am I supposed to use?!!

When I was looking into it I saw a bunch of different type of pad solutions, which if the wings and the moving around is what you hate, might be viable! Cloth pads, or other special types of panties for wingless pads!

Femmy cycle is a pretty good cup (you use it while you're sleeping by just leaving it in overnight. Not sure what you mean by that question). It took some getting used to for me, but now it's nice to be able to leave it in all day and forget about it.

But if you don't like the other options, just buy 5 pairs of period panties.

There are panties by thinx that work wonders. They have different styles as of what you like (hipster, boyshorts, even thongs). I have the hipster pair and I bought the ones for a heavy flow (2 tampons worth). It's an amazing product for someone who doesn't like any of the feminine products.

I just found out the other day the have cloth pads. They're basically reusable and you'll have to wash them but they shouldn't irritate you.  Or you can try the cups and do what i do and use disposable gloves.  kind of like the kind they have in the hospital.  You sleep with them the same most lasts for 8 hours I think or 12. You just have to make sure to get the hang of inserting it properly.
